1. allow rotation of image .2. Help hould work 3 allow edit of pdf files

I tried on win XP Home and on Win 7 starter. Same problems on both.

1. I could not rotate image
2. I could not open help file
3. I could not open pdf files for editing

rotate function would be a great help if you scan something in upside down and don't have time to rescan
