Improve the help file. A three point instruction is not enough to make full use of the software.

The help file included is not enough to make use of the software for the average user. Yes, there is a link to a video but for those who cannot access the video offline, or may have sight issues (and this software could be of great use to those with visual impairments, like my boss at work who makes considerable use of his scanner outputting the files to his speech reader) a text based guide with further explanations would be considerably appreciated.
